Assignment:
Work with the City of Seattle’s IT Department, City Light, and Seattle Public Utilities to design and test a user-focused, WCAG-compliant self-service portal for utility account management.

Conduct extensive user research, including accessibility testing with visually impaired users, to ensure the platform was inclusive and met diverse needs.

Manage multiple projects with concurrent timelines.

Enable citizens to seamlessly pay bills, manage water, sewer, and garbage services, and access features such as payment plans for financial hardship, escrow, and landowner-agent services.
